College Demonstration "How to protect young students from assault"

MAX were invited in to give a demonstration of some of the content of our emPowering Assertiveness Confidence Training course to encourage girls to sign up for a course funded by the college on personal safety. 

The college student leader asked us for some hard-hitting words to encourage the girls to sign up.  One of the most memorable comments we have heard came from one evening where we helped train teenage girls at a private girls' school in Bristol, where one young lady asked to learn "how not to be raped".

This simple but stark request was relayed over the microphone to a slightly stunned mixed audience in the large hall where we were exhibiting ...... 92 girls signed up straight away.
