"We had tried a number of team building events, such as paintballing and go-karting, but wanted to try something a little different, so we booked MAX Self Defence to give us their Fundamentals course.

Our mixed group was absolutely delighted with the half day session that we had, which was great fun and MAX went at the right pace to ensure that everyone came away with new confidence, and lots of practical skills.

The course made us think much more about how to avoid becoming a victim of aggressive behaviour.  It improved our self awareness through discussion, presentation and plenty of hands-on training.  We felt happy that MAX had helped us become more 'streetwise' and would be far better placed to avoid a threatening situation - and defend ourselves successfully if attacked.

I strongly recommend the MAX Self Defence Fundamentals Course as an excellent team building event - the skills learnt might just prove to be invaluable."
