Anti-Bullying Focus
Anti-Bullying training can help you protect children (and adults) against bullying. MAX Anti-Bully Courses are made to be very realistic and are available to help educate and provide further confidence and training to those under a current bullying threat or potential threat. We also provide taster sessions as well as full courses. Have a look at the range of work we do with young people. Please click here for current open courses.
We could visit your school or college, university or workplace and provide a free 1 hour seminar on anti bullying, assertiveness and confidence building through establishing boundaries. Click here to see the Anti Bullying Confidence pledge:
MAX Conflict Management pledge to give a 1 hour free interactive talk and demonstration “Having FUN and Staying Safe” to 2012 schoolchildren by the start of the 2012 London Olympics - thereby strengthening their development into more confident, assertive and positive individuals.

We have also provided anti-bully personal safety seminars in foreign languages to make learning a foreign language more relevant and engaging. So far we have delivered in French and German and are planning Arabic and Spanish. Click here for our languages with the MADMAXMAN leaflet - on encouraging students to continue with foreign languages through a personal safety seminar delivered in a foreign language.
What about courses?
We pride ourselves on making our training very practical, but also fun for those taking part. The language we use is relevant to the age group and the scenarios that we create to challenge them they will recognise and learn to respond to more effectively. We make sure that both children and adults are well supported throughout the training.
You may have seen the BBC Panorama documentary in January 2009 on Sexual Bullying at school. We deal with all the key issues raised on the programme by training children how to assertively and effectively handle the many bullying challenges faced, whether sexual in nature or otherwise.
We don't focus on anti-bullying just when Anti-Bullying Week comes around each November, but are keen to work with other schools and organisations at any time of the year - please let us know if we can help. At our free seminars everyone goes away with some basic tips and guidance on how to avoid being a victim of bullying.
