See our video below for practical anger management with Young Offenders.  We provide group training sessions and workshops in Anger Management.

Anger by itself is not a bad emotion, however anger without control can be extremely dangerous.

We can use 6 Sigma methodology to get to the root of problems, help identify what needs improving and will help you develop alternative skills and strategies to deal with anger successfully.

The video shows some practical role play work at HMYOI Portland we were asked to provide as part of Ian Wright's "Football behind Bars" TV programme.

We provide similar with young people on attendance orders, excluded from school and children in care.  Here are references from a couple of such training sessions:

"I was surprised that no one left the room at the end and stayed to watch the video and this is indicative of how much people had engaged with the workshop. John is a young lad who lacks a bit of confidence and can be picked on due to his physical appearance. The fact that he was comfortable enough to get up and undertake the role play first was a considerable achievement. I thought the presentation was accessible, and well thought out and I would like to thank you for your hard work in delivering it."

"It was great meeting you on Tuesday, the introductory workshop went really well.  You kept the young people engaged for 2 hours which is quite a feat."
